According to the General Department of Customs, goods are materials, supplies, machinery and equipment imported for processing or production of export goods will be carried out customs procedures at the Customs Sub-Departments of organizations and individuals The head office or branch or production establishment; Customs office of border gate, import and export port established in the inland (ICD); The Customs Sub-Departments managing the processed or exported goods under the Customs Departments of the localities where production establishments are located or where the border gates are imported.
At the same time, according to the General Department of Customs, imported goods for execution of tax-exempt investment projects shall carry out procedures at the customs sub-divisions where the duty-free goods list is registered; The Customs Sub-Departments of the border gates where the goods storage places or destination ports are located shall be inscribed on the bills of lading or transport contracts; The Customs Sub-Department managing the investment from the Customs Department where the imported goods are located.
Previously, the General Department of Customs also issued two official letters guiding the implementation of Decision No. 15, which is Official Letter 4824 / TCHQ-GSQL dated 27/6/2017 and Official Letter 4284 / TCHQ-GSQL dated 20/07/2017.
